About Us
MJ Airport Associates is located in rural Cheshire in the United Kingdom and was established by Mark Turner. The founder, after graduating from the University of Manchester in 2000 and attending flight training school in the United States, began his career in airfield operations working with the Airfield Management Team at Manchester Airport.
Being the first ever University Graduate Placement to secure a permanent post at Manchester Airport he became an Airfield Safety Officer in 2002. During 2004 Mark became the youngest Airfield Duty Manager in Manchester Airport's history and continued in this role until 2006.
In 2006 a new opportunity arose as an Airfield Operations Consultant, gaining work experience in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, before establishing his own business in 2008. More recently MJ Airport Associates have delivered training to very high standards to airport managers from airports around the world.
MJ Airport Associates are fully insured for activities conducted both landside (in the classroom) and airside (for providing on the-job shadowing and training).
